Users, devices & support
Account onboarding, offboarding and access changes; device setup, software updates and remote support. Keep agreed user, hardware and software inventories current and track support requests.
Security controls
Review password, screen-lock and access policies; support MFA and endpoint protection. Work with your existing AD and Group Policy environment, or scope Entra ID and Intune where appropriate.
Backup & continuity
Prepare backup procedures, recovery test records, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Assess the impact of infrastructure changes and plan the required controls.
Compliance & validation
Gap analysis against sponsor requirements; IT procedures, access policies and change-control records. Support CROMS validation planning and evidence preparation; assess other systems and design appropriate solutions.

Scope & commercial terms

- Hardware, third-party licences, cloud consumption and connectivity costs are separate from Arkitek's service fee and procured by the customer.
- Special integrations, migration, custom development and additional effort are scoped and quoted separately where applicable.
Delivery & approvals
Arkitek provides analysis, recommendations, documentation and the operational work agreed in the service scope. The customer approves policies and documents, provides the required access and remains responsible for its own sponsor and regulatory statements.
Consulting supports preparation and improvement; it does not guarantee a successful audit, inspection or regulatory assessment.
