1. Kapsam ve Kabul
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Arkitek Araştırma Geliştirme A.Ş. ("ARKİTEK") tarafından işletilen cro.ms ve croms.com.tr web sitelerinin ("Site") kullanımını düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Fikri Mülkiyet
Site'deki tüm içerik - CROMS® markası, logolar, metinler, görseller, yazılım ve tasarım - ARKİTEK'e aittir veya lisansla kullanılmaktadır ve fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Önceden yazılı izin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya türev çalışmalara konu edilemez. Üçüncü taraflara ait marka ve logolar sahiplerine aittir.
3. İzin Verilen Kullanım
Site'yi yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz. Şunlar yasaktır: Site'nin işleyişine müdahale, güvenlik önlemlerini aşma girişimleri, yetkisiz erişim, otomatik araçlarla izinsiz veri toplama (scraping), kayıt formlarına gerçeğe aykırı bilgi girilmesi ve Site'nin üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanımı.
4. Deneme Kaydı ve Demo Talepleri
Site üzerinden oluşturulan deneme kayıtları ve demo talepleri, ilgili formlarda belirtilen koşullara ve Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir. ARKİTEK, gerçeğe aykırı bilgiyle oluşturulan başvuruları reddetme veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.
5. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Site içeriği genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; ARKİTEK içeriğin güncelliği ve eksiksizliği konusunda garanti vermez. Site'nin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez. ARKİTEK, Site'nin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu sınırlama, Lisans Sözleşmesi kapsamındaki hizmet taahhütlerini etkilemez.
6. Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantıları
Site, üçüncü taraf sitelere veya hizmetlere (ör. randevu planlama için Google Calendar) bağlantı içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içerik ve gizlilik uygulamalarından ARKİTEK sorumlu değildir.
7. Kişisel Veriler
Site kullanımı kapsamında kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin bilgiler KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, Gizlilik Politikası ve Çerez Politikası'nda yer alır.
8. Değişiklikler
ARKİTEK bu koşulları güncelleyebilir; güncel sürüm Site'de yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
Bu koşullar Türk hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the use of the cro.ms and croms.com.tr websites (the "Site") operated by Arkitek Araştırma Geliştirme A.Ş. ("ARKITEK"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - the CROMS® trademark, logos, texts, visuals, software and design - is owned by ARKITEK or used under license and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: interfering with the operation of the Site, attempts to circumvent security measures, unauthorized access, unauthorized automated data collection (scraping), entering false information into registration forms, and using the Site in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
4. Trial Registrations and Demo Requests
Trial registrations and demo requests created via the Site are subject to the conditions stated in the relevant forms and to the License Agreement. ARKITEK reserves the right to reject or cancel applications created with false information.
5. Limitation of Liability
Site content is for general information purposes; ARKITEK does not warrant its currency or completeness. No commitment is made that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARKITEK shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site. This limitation does not affect service commitments under the License Agreement.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (e.g., Google Calendar for appointment scheduling). ARKITEK is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.
7. Personal Data
Information on the processing of personal data in connection with use of the Site is provided in the Personal Data Disclosure Notice (KVKK), the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
ARKITEK may update these terms; the current version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law; the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes.

3. Uso Permitido
Solo puede usar el Sitio con fines lícitos. Queda prohibido: interferir en el funcionamiento del Sitio, intentar eludir las medidas de seguridad, el acceso no autorizado, la recogida automatizada de datos sin autorización (scraping), introducir información falsa en los formularios de registro y usar el Sitio de forma que vulnere derechos de terceros.
4. Registros de Prueba y Solicitudes de Demo
Los registros de prueba y las solicitudes de demo creados a través del Sitio están sujetos a las condiciones indicadas en los formularios correspondientes y al Contrato de Licencia. ARKITEK se reserva el derecho de rechazar o cancelar solicitudes creadas con información falsa.
5. Limitación de Responsabilidad
El contenido del Sitio tiene fines informativos generales; ARKITEK no garantiza su actualidad ni exhaustividad. No se garantiza que el Sitio funcione de forma ininterrumpida o sin errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, ARKITEK no será responsable de los daños indirectos derivados del uso del Sitio. Esta limitación no afecta a los compromisos de servicio del Contrato de Licencia.
6. Enlaces de Terceros
El Sitio puede contener enlaces a sitios o servicios de terceros (p. ej., Google Calendar para la programación de citas). ARKITEK no es responsable del contenido ni de las prácticas de privacidad de dichos sitios.
7. Datos Personales
La información sobre el tratamiento de datos personales en relación con el uso del Sitio figura en el Texto Informativo (KVKK), la Política de Privacidad y la Política de Cookies.
8. Modificaciones
ARKITEK puede actualizar estos términos; la versión vigente entra en vigor desde su publicación en el Sitio.
9. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
